This is a collection of forms published by the U.S. Department of Commerce and Labor, and the U. S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service. The forms were created in order to calculate the number of immigrants who had passed through or settled in Delaware County, Ohio, after 1790, the year Congress passed its first naturalization law.
