The building was kept as two separate entities, the one on this side with the double garage is Ralph's, and the other side belongs to the library. Mr. Clark's been a wonderful landlord. He's allowed us to come and go. The nice parking area out here we can put maybe three cars or four cars. We have our own security system, and lots of warehouse shelving which I filmed yesterday.
