Description
Jan 28 - 1926.
Just one month later
blessed Charley passed
to the Great Beyond.
We all enjoyed this trip,
much of it desert, the greater
part, little knowing what
fate had in store for us
on Feb 28. How busy
we would have gotten had
we had any inkling, but
it certainly was meant to
end as it did or some hunch=
or good angel would have
whispered to us. In our
ignorance we were so happy -
too happy to last it seems.
There were acres and acres of
flowers just after leaving this
scene. He had a puncture too
soon after this scene, where there
were so many verbenas. Most of the
rest of the day we wound around
Mts - into San Diego Cal.
