Description

The Colorado River at

Yuma, Arizona - Nov. 29,

1933.

Overnite in a lovely camp

at the Eastern edge of

Yuma. An old adobe

(maybe stone Fort is just

across the street from this

scene. Just ahead of

this are the highway and So.

Pac. Ry bridges and the

Quarrantine Sta.

At the latter offices search

is made thru all your

baggage for cotton, fruits

or any other growing stuff

to prevent certain pests

going into California-

There I got my permit to

go into Calif, which has to be

renewed the first of the year.

They didn't find anything. I'd

been thru that investigation before,

(in the house-car).
