They may have been worth talking about in their earlier days but we found them dirty and ill smelling and strictly second class- After the markets we visited the wharves and saw the wonderful signs of shipping goods into and out of New Orleans- the Crescent City. We left the old city at noon on Thanksgiving Day for So. Calif - via the great Southern Pae. R.R.
