Grand Canyon the

morning of Mch 23.

Breakfasted at hotel

El Tovor, and started

sightseeing immediately

afterward, first taking

the ten mile drive along

flowers in bloom by Hermit

quite a variety of

dried ones left over from

fall. They were so filmy

and lacy looking - the

blossoms must have

been dainty and pretty.

a mile or so wide and quite

hemmed in by towering walls.

The one where we camped

towers six hundred feet and all

around the lake they are of
